The woven Aramid fiber prepreg is impregnated with modified phenolic resin and high-quality aramid fabric, ensuring sufficient toughness due to the lower bonding between the resin and fibers. The fibers in the UD Aramid prepreg are aligned in a single direction, enhancing the mechanical properties in specific directions, particularly in terms of tensile strength and stiffness. The UD prepreg can be custom cut and layered as needed, making it ideal for manufacturing various complex shapes and structures, thus offering greater design flexibility.
